Little Caesars Pizza

On 2/28/25 I ordered a cheeze pizza and after getting dinner from a different place for rest of family. I get home and see that they gave me pepperoni. I went back and there was a long line and felt bad as it is having to go up to the front to let them know what had happened. I asked for a discount and the girl at the front went behind to back and came back said we don’t give discounts. So then I asked well can I keep the wrong pizza as well. I had to drive back from home because of this. She went to the back again and some other girl came back out. However her tone, body language and just her demeanor was postured in such a way already with a I’m not giving in. Didn’t even apologize and said well we don’t give discounts. She told me I can stay with the pizza I had. I explained to her I ordered cheese and I was given the wrong pizza now having to drive back for correct one. I was so frustrated with the lack of empathy and professionalism that I started crying. I had to wait another 10-15 minutes for my correct pizza I originally ordered. She hands it to me with a smile and says to have a good night. I usually never call people out but it just wasn’t right. I told her you were rude and you don’t talk to people like that or treat them like that. She acted oblivious and responded she was trying to help me. She said she was trying to help me because she had just got there and her employee told her 3 different stories. I told her that wasn’t my problem that it wasn’t relayed accurately. I repeated what she said with the same tone she gave me when she said it. “ we don’t give discounts” she claims she didn’t say it like that. Then goes to tell me she was just matching my energy? I told her that your smiling now but you weren’t then. You didn’t even say sorry? You don’t know what kind of day someone is having. I told her regardless whatever is being reciprocated you don’t treat people like that. She said your entitled to feel how you feel.i told her even customers saw how you were talking to me. I told her talking to people and treating them like that will get you nowhere in life. I will never go back in there again. Horrible service.

Went in on 2/11/2025 and seen how two employees were treating a patron. These young men made it seem as this man was crazy. All he states was he wanted to talk to a manager. Sad to see that man never got his request. Last time I purchased from here. Why do you have young kids treat our older generation like myself this way?

I would never order from here again.
When i called, they told me to wait 30 minutes so they get the pizza ready but when I went after 30 minutes the pizza was hard and cheese was colorless and stiff you can easily tell the pizza was old.
So that's what they do they make you wait and think they are making your fresh pizza when in reality they're not. That's a very scummy tactic.

Why is the pizza always so bad at the Little Caesars in Selma? Do the employees need to be trained again? Any other Little Caesars I visit usually has great pizza.

This was the worst experience ever had to wait an hour for four hot and ready. The teenage girls behind the counter were on their phones. There was a girl sitting on the floor with the fan pointed towards her, and there was a line of people out the door I will never come back to this place again. Also, the girls behind the counter were very rude.

In a rush all of the time. My mom comes here every day and they are some pushy people. Hey just give here the pizzas they throw away because thats what they taste like. Hopefully my mom doesn't reep this after this post.

On the smaller side, staff seems a bit more unprofessional than other little Caesar locations. And there always seems to be kids of people outside this place just watching you etc

This is a great location for Selma. Some of the young counter help could use a course in customer service relations.

Poor service. Place was busy, but they struggled to simply expedite food. Pizza wasn't cut. Poor quality control. Not running effectively or efficiently. Pallets of soda in the cramped customer area. The manager has an attitude and needs training.
