I went in for one specific item they didn't have it, so I chose the second best item I wanted they didn't have that either, so I picked the 3rd item as a consolation. They didn't have that either! I rarely go to McDonald's, this really made me not want to go ever again.

This is the 6 time I came here ....and the 6 times everything is wrong , this time I put my order for eating here and they lost my ticket ....I wanted to eat here and they put it to go.... the box was ripped......Bad service.

We waited like 20 minutes because only one order machine was working. When we asked the worker a question which took like 10 minutes to get their attention they answered rudely as if it were an inconvenience for us to ask questions.

Waited 10+ minutes in the drive thru with only 4 vehicles ahead of me, my fries were cold and dumped upside down in the bag, this McDonald's is the definition of a business that will fail , $11 for a sandwich that is mostly a corporate problem rather than this individual franchise

Worst Burger i have ever received in my life. I paid $15 for one single piece of bacon that was folded in half. This looks like GARBAGE. I won't ever order from this place again!!!!

Me and my dad went to have breakfast we approach the kiosk and press the help button because I'm legally blind and have trouble using the kiosk nobody ever came to help me order all the employees just seem to walk past me ignore me like I wasn't there my senior dad had trouble because of his age due to today's technical world I literally had to walk almost inside the kitchen to get some body to help me 😔. McDonald's could you please fix this problem

Terrible food make sure to double check your order. Fries are old and stale. The waiting time for food inside is terrible. And help for the senior citizens is non existent. Do not come to this location unless it's a last resort option

I ordered the hotcakes with steak, 2 burritos 2 hash browns, and a sausage and egg McMuffin. I didn't receive any syrup or butter for the hotcakes, I only received one burrito and it had a hair on the outside of the tortilla, (any body would have seen it before wrapping it up) and it's almost impossible to complain through the app... I wish I could give negative 5 stars, thanks for ruining my morning McDonald's selma

I understand this is McDonald’s, but the level of service I experienced was unacceptable. The employee working the intercom was rude, dismissive, and told me “it’s not my issue” while rushing me to order. When I reported this to the manager, he simply smiled, showed no professionalism, and was equally rude. If this were my business, both the manager and the employee would be terminated immediately.

The manager Jozette was extremely rude and unprofessional. The drive thru was not working properly and the person taking the order just stopped half way through my order and cancelled the screen. After asking numerous times if anyone was there to take the order someone else came on and we had to start all over. Once at the window we were shoved bags and the window closed. No one even told us if all out food was there. We proceeded to wait at the window and check our order. We of course were missing something as we did have a big order. We waited until someone came back to the window and let them know. They close the window without saying anything again. A few minutes later manager came to the window and told us if we wanted our fry that we already paid for we would have to go back in line. The manager was extremely rude and aggressive. She spoke over me and aggravated. Having 4 kids in the car I asked her name and left feeling unsafe. Please know that manager Jozette needs at minimum proper customer service training and honestly probably corrective actions need to be in place if she cannot handles the stress of her job. After all that no fries and soggy chicken nuggets.
