Ordered online and they honestly told me a time it would be ready by so I was like okay it will come in time but no guess what I ordered at a certain time to get it in time but they take their sweet time like I ordered early and I wanted in time so I can eat before work but I couldn’t even do that and I had people over and they left before the pizza came because it takes so long I honestly don’t recommend them if you value time I don’t like little Caesars but I’d rather get that because at least it’s ready and on time and I tried to just cancel it but can’t so I’m done with them

They used to have amazing service. But for the last few years its gone down. I don't know if its the management or what but the employees are rude and just inconsiderate. Every time I order from there they give a vibe like I am bothering them. Plus they give you wait time and it always exceeds it.

I have never written a good or bad review never wanted to take the time but we ordered our food and we understand it might take a while its a holiday but when we wait 2 hours just for this place to cancel our food and everything else closes is just ridiculous

I don't care what other folks say. I went in because I noticed that they answer their reviews good or bad. Isaac was awesome! He was incredible! I don't leave reviews often and if I do it's because the establishment did an excellent job at all that one would expect. With that said you're attitude will reflect on to others. Be as positive as the workers who work there. Thank you! I'm from Vegas so unfamiliar with Fresno. I appreciate the kindness, good food, and hospitality! EAT HERE!! TOTALLY WORTH IT!

Over all pizza is really good. The bigger guy John is always cool to deal with. A lot bad comments are probably because they go in on a Friday when everywhere is stupid busy. Once I waited in a long line but I believe it was a busy weekend evening.

Went in to order, I tried calling before but no one answered. While I waited for my pizza I heard the phone ring and no one was answering it. All the booths were dirty. After waiting for 34 minutes went to check on my order. The pizzas had been ready to the point there were going cold. I will say they did give me a free 2 liter soda
