I went on pie day as I didn't think much of it as the phone was picked up quickly, some times I can be on hold on the line for up to 8 minutes before taking my order. I ordered over the phone to eat here. I didn't pay over the phone, and I asked for them to take one item off of what I ordered, which was a drink. I was told that I couldn't get the item taken off because of how I odered, so I ended up having to pay for it. What if I didn't have the money for it. They would have taken it off, I assume, if I didn't have the correct amount smh... so I went to the table to wait, and the guy that took the pizza to the table took...
