We use a Tlyuda tortilla with the black beans spread then we use queso fresco from there we add the cabbage and Oaxacan cheese. For our 3 meats, we use our Cecina (marinated pork), Chorizo, and Tasajo (slim steak) topped off with avocado and tomato slices.

It’s 12 o’clock on a Saturday afternoon. A couple other patrons are present. By the end of my meal a party had arrived. She immediately served me a beer with chips and salsa. The chips were fresh and the salsa is very delicious. I ordered Camarones a la Diabla and my food was brought to me within 15 minutes. The rice was flavorful with spices. And the tortillas were homemade! That might have been the best dish I’ve ever had. Still amazed.

The restaurants a small venue but very clean, the people working here a very polite and always asking if you need anything. The food was amazing we had the fish tacos, tacos d/asada, stake plate and the Mole?

For those of us who eat only vegetables, there are many vegetarian options, especially the cactus salad, which is a delight. I order freshly made tortillas, guacamole, black beans and the nopales salad. I make my own tacos and season them with the 2 delicious sauces they bring us!!
Every time I come to Selma my mouth waters to think that I am blocks away from a delight of dishes
