Been inside only once, but the servers at the window are always very friendly and helpful. The food we've gotten (mainly breakfast), has never disappointed. And the drinks are as described. Some more flavorful than others, but a nice treat.

They need to train their employees on customer service, the girl that help us was very rude and was acting like she could not hear us, just totally jerk we spend close to 100 to get the worst customer service 😡

Very slow paced and unorganized workers. Waited 23 mins for my drink (payed on my app so I checked the time I placed my order) 1. venti pecan oatmilk latte & 1. cake pop. I can’t believed how long the took. I’ve been to many locations and have never waited that long! They were only taking care of drive thru but were lacking the service inside.

Yo I called twice to ask about Pumpkin. First time the girl answering the phone hangs up immediately after hearing me ask. I call back thinking we got disconnected, ask again and she just said no and hangs up right away. No sympathy at all! My wife got mad at me and beat me as soon as the call ended. Thanks Starbucks

Waited for a while for someone to to the register to take our order then waited over 12 min for one venti mocha which never came out before I had to ask how much longer for my venti mocha response was oh I’ll work on it next. Looks like they completely forgot about it. The cup was off to the side and they were only taking care of the drive thru. Customer service here definitely lacked big time.
