Honestly I really love coming here food is always amazing but today I had I totally different experience, there was lots of people waiting for there order looking mad and frustrated and one cook going back and forth, was waiting for someone to come up and help him take orders or cook but there was no one. Cook did look overwhelmed especially which the amount of people waiting. We got our food and it was cold which was understandable due to the cook being alone but does 20$ an hour mean they are only able to afford to have one person working at a time, habit please do better and make sure to give that mad a raise!

The fries were HOT and better than McDonald's, my gold standard for fries. We ordered no cheese and extra onions on the burger and that's exactly what came...amazing for a fast food, drive through experience. Well be back.

Probably the worst Habit Buger I have been to. I visited a few weeks ago, driving through to Las Vegas and decided to stop in for a bit. This location actually had some great deals which I was happy about but when the food came out is was cold, the soda machine wasn't working ans the lady at the counter watched us struggle with their touch screen ordering system for 15 min and didn't offer to help but was very quick to charge me 65 cents for the bbq sauce I asked to be put kn the side of the burger I had already paid full price for. Honestly this location had made me never want to give this business my money ever again, at any locations

The hamburgers look very large on the menu double Patty and then when you get them they're the size of a child's cheeseburger the food amount is not worth the price you pay
Very nice lunch at this Habit Burger. Facilities were clean, staff was being nice and food was great. I ordered a lettuce wrap bacon burger, with (what I thought were) fries and a drink. One of the self-serve kiosks were not working. The food arrived and I advised that there was no fries., proceeding to pull up my electronic receipt. Without a second thought or hesitation, the counter person immediately picked an order out of the frier prep area and put them on my tray. When I found my order, I noted that I didn’t purchase fries (a hazard with self-serve kiosks). I returned to the kiosk, purchased a side of fries and apologized to the counter person. The burger was delicious, cooked as requested and plenty of condiments were on hand. I greatly appreciate gluten free options, when they are offered.

I hate leaving a review like this especially because I love the food here but Karina who is running the drive through tonight needs a few lessons on customer service my wife and I left beyond frustrated due to her rushing us through our order I wanted a double char add bacon combo with onion rings and a Pepsi my wife wanted a bbq bacon char no sauce add avocado and a milkshake we were continuously cut off through ordering with is that all or anything else when we hadn't even got our complete order out why was I charged for everything in my combo separately no bacon mind you we never made it that far and you rushed us through just to have us sit in the drive through for 15 mins while we watched Karina and her coworker go so slow we thought they might go backwards
