Half-decent burgers, understaffed and I ordered onion rings and they put 3 half frozen fries in with my onion rings, decent food for a road trip but still need to improve on food and customer service.

Let me preface this by saying, we’ve normally only had positive experiences at this particular Habit. Unfortunately our last visit wasn’t as positive. Not sure if the manager/supervisor (Angela?) was having an off-day, which is understandable, as we all can from time to time, but it’s unacceptable to take it out on customers without cause. It began with her taking our order in a very bothered manner (others ordering after us received the same, cold, welcome), and it ended with a loud and grouchy reprimand of someone at our table because their chair was placed in a spot that was semi-blocking an aisle. All that was needed was a kind, or at the very least professional, conversation. Her ask wasn’t unreasonable, however, her approach missed the mark, and soured the dining experience. Unfortunate.

The more a place becomes reliant on tech and less on human interactions - the worse it becomes. We are seeing the beginnings of this with self checkout order screens and text notifications. Or maybe it's just a burger joint.
