We went there to get gas but got in through the wrong entrance. There is no sign to the gas station. There is an entrance to the gas station from the main road though which was not obvious for out of area drivers. We got great price $3.44 while the average price around the area is $4.29 for regular gas!

I would absolutely die if I ever got a hot French fry from here. I live close by and have ate here countless times. I have NEVER got hot fries from here. It’s like tradition at this point. The rest of the food is general McDonald’s fare but with the special Shasta Lake twist that NOTHING can ever be served hot. Tired of having to go 2 miles away and heat up literally every single item as soon as I get home. Gave them the benefit of the doubt forever but it’s time to move on. The folks are great but that’s not enough, bottom tier McDonald’s at best.

I know it's fast food and now their pricing is a little crazy, but that being said, the people working here run a tight ship. I live close and for the last 10 years I've gone there probably 3 times a month. Never once have they messed up my order. Even when I alter ingredients for different family members, they get it right. EVERY TIME! It's clean, it's quick and their service is top notch. Every fast food joint should take notes. Yeah, I'm talking to you TACO BELL ON MARKET!

Waited 15 mins for my food in one of those parking spots they make you wait in after going through the drive-thru. I had to leave and forfeit my McMuffin or I would be late for work. Those spots defeat the purpose of a drive thru and fast food.

5 times in last month they have gotten my order wrong this time they got it right but they burnt they hell out of my burger this is horrible I won’t return again I have given plenty of chances and have spoke to managers but nothing changes I’m done I have pictures to prove how burnt my food is

I had an amazing person help me at the front counter, When i had something wrong with my food i had went up and asked him if i could get it fixed and he instantly went into the back and had it fixed. his name was stevie i would come back again its honstly my favorite mcdonalds to go to if i'm in the area.

Ordered a large fry & was given what tasted to be like a day old fry’s . Super cold & stale !! Mind you there was no one in drive through . Please don’t serve food that sits there for awhile because these fries definitely had been out for awhile . It was annoying to get home to cold food , immediately threw them away. I never enjoy going to McDonald’s anymore past noon . The night crew is is always careless.

Service is trash, left to wait and wait. I noticed the no free refill sign when I ordered And I approached the counter again for another drink when I was left to wait longer and longer and then told they don't do free refills, I said ok so how much is a refill if not free? Full price and we don't take your cup. As the mgr going off duty walked away I made a waved off hand gesture, not the finger! Like thank you for your fantastic customer service at the end of your shift. So then the next mgr standing there told me to leave and began to try to make a scene to which I walked out on.
