Amazing food and quality, every time! I've never tried anything here that I didn't love. The shrimp king pao, the Szechuan chicken, the Mongolian beef, friend green beans, potstickers, etc. Taste great with a short wait time. The staff are always kind!

Delicious Chinese food, especially the egg fu yung. We ordered the family dinner for our group and added orange chicken, sesame chicken, Mongolian beef, prawns with snow peas, house vegetables, garlic chicken, potstickers. Everything was wonderful! Was ready for pick up as promised with pleasant service. Highly recommended!

They give so much meat in their dishes for the price it's set to.With inflation making it nearly impossible to eat out and afford to have what we'd expect as the normal amount of meat in a dish, I'm so happy that there are still some businesses that manage to keep their prices low while not cutting their protein servings in half.It's also cooked and ready to go within minutes while being delicious. My go-to with Chinese food is Beef Broccoli, I've had high-end to low-end versions, and theirs is great!My bf ordered shrimp fried rice. Their shrimp was huge and perfectly cooked to the ideal texture!Their sides like the chicken, they give you a TON. Overall great food for an affordable price, and you'll probably have leftovers.Great friendly service too!

Amazing Wor Wonton soup. Dinner combo plates so generous you get 3 meals out of them. Atmosphere is diner level but it is clean. I recommend this Chinese restaurant. Variety on menu is also amazing.

These guys know what they're doing. Just a small hole in the wall place nothing fancy but they are the absolute best and cheap and large proportions. I go here for Chinese food every time. No other place in Redding comes close to Oriental Express.

Delicious! Generous portions and reasonably priced food. I decided to pop in on a whim and I'm sure glad I did. The staff was friendly and the service was speedy. I will be going back for sure.
The so called " fried rice" was all dark brown and a funny taste..like the skillet hadn't been cleans in months..or more..The chow Main was nothing more that thick noodles with thin pieces of chicken !!And the egg too young was.. Scrambled eggs with whole veggies in a brown gravy on top of the eggs...The person taking the orders was very friendly and helpful ?
