I bet this place is good but after searching for it in the dark and not finding it, asking the grocery store near by to find out it's only open during the summer we were bummed. Proper advertising is always appreciated.

I heavily rely on reviews when I make the choice to eat somewhere new. This restaurant has been open for a couple of months in my area and I have been wary of trying. I dont have any reason to be other than I really enjoyed seasons menu, but now that they are at fish camp , I decided to give this new business a try. Wow ! I was i was impressed with my Cubano and my husband's bourbon burger, the sweet potatoes tots were devoured by my kids but the few I ate where delicious. This will be my go to restaurant close to home, because we all know it's hard for a business to survive up here! Let's make them popular so they don't leave! No pics because I couldn't be bothered with a phone when I was enjoying my meal that much!

The best over priced burger ever. The bone marrow was different but fantastic. Good drinks. Beautiful view. Nice people.

Make no mistake, this is not fine dining. That having been said, our experience at Burgers and Bourbon was quite good. We wanted to see the Sunday night NFL game. We sat at the bar, and Jessica (the bartender) was not sure how to find the game on their cable system. However, she was unwilling to fail. It took 10 minutes or more, but we found the game. Then, she was great at tailoring our order to reflect our choices. My wife's burger was not what we wanted (it had cheese). It took Jessica about 90 seconds to get a replacement burger. If you want to eat at a place that cares about you, give this place a try

I just have to say the burger that I ordered tasted amazing! (Hangover burger) I'm not a huge fan of burgers but these burgers will have me coming back. The atmosphere was really cute also had a nice patio. The prices were a bit higher than other restaurants in Shaver but let me tell you it was worth it! My son really enjoyed the Mac and cheese and talked about it the whole drive home.

Great location with good potential! My fam and I enjoyed our first time dining here for an early lunch. At the time, we had to wait for a table due to low staff. We were happy enough to wait at the bar and enjoy a drink and relax. The interior of the restaurant is spacious and bright with a rustic and cabin-in-the-woods theme. There is a bar with games and TVs. The bartender mentioned that they have live music on some nights. The host finally walked us to our table on the patio that overlooked the lake. The weather was great and made for a pleasant experience. The food and drink menu has some good options. Many items, are standard fare to similar restaurants but with above average prices. Burgers seem to have more of the artisanal touch and bourbon selection is average as well. I ordered the Cubano with a side of sweet potato tots. Both items were delicious and I enjoyed every bite. From the house-special cocktails, I got the Bourbon Banquet. A refreshing cocktail with Basil Hayden's bourbon, maple syrup, lemon juice, and lager. Overall, B&B is worth a try. The staff and service were friendly and attentive. There's a cool, local vibe for all hours of the day and night. Hope to be back soon!

FINALLY! A business that stands a chance of survival on the point at Shaver Lake. Hubby and I went there with two other couples and we all had an amazing meal and cocktail. The service was quick and staff super friendly. I will definitely go back. One suggestion I have is to put a boat dock in so people can come in off the lake for lunch or dinner. Great place!

Average food and very slow service. (1:40 mins for a Saturday afternoon, 3 people, 1 round of drinks, no apps, 1 main each) Most of the food and drinks aren't made using the listed ingredients on the menu. For instance a $13 whiskey sour which claims has egg whites, maple syrup will have neither and just whiskey and lemon juice and simple syrup. When asked about it the waiter said that's how the bartender makes them. Food is hit and miss, they were out of most sides they offer and when the meals came the fries were cold and the subbed onion rings were like warm. The sandwiches were okay, but heavily soaked in butter and salt. The french dip was good but the aus jus dipping juice was a pure salt bomb and not at all a bone broth. Also of you are looking for bourbon as the name implies, you will only find about 10 of the most average readily available bourbons like basil Hayden's and bulleit, nothing special enough to name the restaurant after it. Also when it comes to burgers, they have two and the rest are sandwiches
