We try to come here every time we spend time in Shaver Lake; it is really one my favorite restaurants anywhere. It is not fancy, but the food is great, the staff is friendly, the service is excellent, and the setting is perfect for mountain dining.

Exceeded all expectations. The prices might be a little on the higher end menu, but I didn't realize what the dinner plates included (basically a 3 course meal) and how generous the portions were! We were stuffed. Perfect for after a day at the lake or hiking. The value for cost exceed expectations, and the customer service was outstanding. Our server was so attentive and all the little details were thought about. The ambiance on the patio was relaxing and a perfect romantic...

We came in for dinner on January 1st with some good friends. We were there late and the bartender and waitresses invited us over by the fire at the bar to continue catching up with our friends and enjoy our kid free night out. We always feel welcomed when we stop in and look forward to many more meals by the fire!
