I ordered a simple sandwich and wrap and they messed up my order! I hate doing online orders from them. Do not order from them just drive the few minutes to the subway off Palmer drive, they are nice, clean and make your food right!

Management needs to give MARSI a raise! She handled 30 orders in record time all with a smile. She was all by herself for two hours during lunch rush.

Tamz was working solo at lunch rush. Lime out the door and had the best attitude! Joking and smiling with all customers while baking bread too! None of us minded waiting for her to do an amazing job :)

This branch exclusively hires people that appear to hate their job. On top of it, they never staff more than a single person at a time. Be ready to wait 20 minutes for a sandwich. I live very close to this location and travel further to Cameron park because it ends up saving time in the long run

One employee working the whole rush? It speaks volumes on the manager and owner of this subway that this problem persists it is their fault alone. I read other reviews from months ago and they had these issues THEN. STILL NO INITIATIVE of the management to do anything. How do you care so little for the people that make you all your money?
Of course a manager can handle a rush alone, anyone would sit there alone making sandwiches on a SALARY... But other employees don't receive fair compensation for solo'ing a whole restaurant!
When we see how you treat your most valuable employees, why would we want to eat the food you serve?
When we see how miserable you make your staff with unfair standards, the food turns to ashes in our mouths. Have some decency!

Why would any business have just 1 employee working at peak business time? I just waited in line a 1/2 hour & left. There were only 4 people in front of me in line. At 12pm you should have 2-4 employees making sandwiches. What a joke!
Jayden was the kind soul making our sandwiches. And has before.. He was so so kind to my son who’s autistic , Jayden even remembered his sandwich. I would be so proud if he was my son, co worker or friend. What customer services that was and always is .. thank you sincerely You made him smile when you said “bye Ryan. He jumped in the care and said, Jayden is nice and knows my name. It’s these simple human kindnessses that make us parents of an adult autistic kid aka adult …melt and have hope for this world. Thank you for the great sandwiches and your true human kindness. Namaste Red

They need additional employees during the prime of the day. It's ridiculous I've put an online order for a single sandwich dozens of times over the years and end up waiting 30 minutes to an hour sometimes almost always. I feel bad for the single employee.

Went to get sandwiches for the family after latenight sports. Got there at 850pm and got frozen yogurt since there was a few people in line. Went over at 9pm and lights were all off and employee was out front leaning on the glass smoking. I asked if they close early now. He said yes, the place closes at 9.
Sign on door and website says 930.
Don't order sandwiches past 830 online at this location or you could be out of luck.

A very average Subway.
It was here that I learned that Subway was no longer going to have Pastrami as a choice on the menu, which was disappointing.
The staff are usually young and definitely have the vibe of underpaid and underappreciated.

Subway's quality has gone down with their menu change. This particular Subway just feels like its phoning it in. I'd rather go to the one in Cameron Park.

I already love subway as it is, but the manager of this location is beyond phenomenal. I will go out of my way on bad days to go see her because she always makes me smile while building my sandwich perfectly (even with my weird requests) friendliest staff you will ever experience
