My husband and I came into the restaurant on 1/13/26 around 5:55p. We stood at the entrance for about five or so minutes without getting any acknowledgement. I could see three employees by the bar register talking to each other, the bartender working the bar, and two servers walking the restaurant. There was a family sitting in the waiting area and another guest waiting to be seated. There was an employee wearing a walkie (maybe the manager) talking to a young employee by the bar for about a minute. This employee walked over to the front, didn’t say anything, looked at the menus, and then walked back to the kitchen. The manager then came out and was pointing at some tables to the employee. The manager looked over by the front entrance, knew we were there and just went back to the kitchen. We stood there another minute still with no greeting or any type of acknowledgement and left. I haven’t been to Applebees since pre-Covid due to a bad experience and thought to try it again. You failed me again and I will never come back.

I ordered the ribs. They smelled really bad. I didn't eat them because of the smell. My partner ordered the same ribs his ribs were fine. A waste of money
Josselyn was a great server.. she was fast efficient and attentative.. she was a pleasure to watch as she moved around the bar also. Keeping things clean neat and organized. She definitely takes pride in her work.
