Natalia served us and she did an excellent job! We’ve had the same waitress before and she does such a wonderful job. They were very busy that night and she and another coworker took care of everyone. She always has a smile, she’s very helpful and so willing to answer any questions you have. She’s very accommodating too. This really makes our visit to Applebee’s a great experience! I would definitely recommend Applebee’s others greatly because of the experience we had with Natalia’s Great service.

We went to the restaurant to celebrate my birthday.. My son informed the waitress several times that we were there to celebrate a birthday can they sing and bring a piece of cake they just ignore us. To think that is my favorite place for dinner will be looking for a new place.

Took my family of 5 to eat dinner and it was absolutely affordable and the same price as fast food. Definitely going again. Food was hot, tasty and service was great.
Alejandra is always AMAZING! Best bartender, great conversations. Even getting the whole team invited over in our debates! Definitely enjoy coming back when Alejandra is working as she’s very personable and always makes the experience feel special. Whether it’s recommending the perfect drink or just sharing a laugh, she has a way of making everyone feel at home. The atmosphere she creates is welcoming and fun, and it’s clear she genuinely enjoys her job. I always look forward to my next visit when I know Alejandra’s behind the bar. She’s definitely the reason I keep coming back!

We went on veteran’s day (11/11/24). Wait wasn’t bad. Took our waitress forever to get us drinks and food. Didn’t ask us ONCE for refills. My husband got the cheeseburger with fries and I got the steak with double mashed potatoes. I asked for my steak to be medium, it wasn’t. The meat was chewy which is not how it’s supposed to be. I was asked if I wanted A1 sauce, waitress comes back saying they don’t have any. How do you serve steak but no steak sauce? I don’t get it. We didn’t bother tipping because service was terrible. Almost every Applebee’s I’ve been to is like this, even back in my hometown of Kansas.
