We ordered pickup the sausage baked penne and it came without any meat. Eating out costs way to much to for these kind of mistakes. Do not support business that takes these kind corner cutting. Anyone can boil pasta and add sauce so $20 to “forget” the protein is absolutely unacceptable.
We come here several other times because of convenience of location to our house but never again. Their service has always been mediocre which I overlooked. After this experience I can honestly say their service and food matches the garbage quality they provide. There is no win spending your money here.

Great . I had a really good time there with my wife . We both enjoy Chicago style pizza. And they got it right.. very clean and lots of room for dinning inside. The only thing I don't like is pay up front.like I'm going to steal . Thanks u big E pizza .

Opened in 1986, Big E Pizza is not just your typical pizza joint—it’s like walking into a mob movie set with all the gangster film posters and photos decorating the walls. The atmosphere definitely has its own unique charm!
The pizza we ordered was huge—seriously, we had 4 adults and 1 kid and we still couldn’t finish it!

I’m taking 1 star away because when I ordered pickup online, the total was $17.92 and when I came to pick up, my total was $19.02.
It’s $1, I’m not trying to make a big deal about it but nobody was able to tell me definitively what the extra charge was for. It was strange.
The 3 stories the cashier told me were:
1. I ordered online and they charge a fee for that. 2. There’s a fee because I paid with a card. 3. It’s Saturday and the menu item I ordered shouldn’t have been available for the price I was given.
Again, not the end of the world, but in 30 seconds, there were 3 different explanations about it.
They should get their story straight so people don’t feel like they’re getting duped.
I’ll be back, I’m just going to pay for my order on the website next time.

An absolute gem. We found this place while working in Long Beach. We need a place like this in Orange County. The ribs and chicken wings were an absolute treat for us. The pizza was good, too. You can expect us back when we're in the area.
