just ordered food from China Gourmet in Signal Hill, Ca.. upon entering the restaurant a young man greeted me with a hello. He was pleasent and welcoming. He took my order of mushroom chicken, mixed vegetables and rice with a two order combo. I had BBQ pork, half and half and jalapeño chicken, with two drinks. Returned home and started to dive in! WOW IT WAS AMAZING! The pork was cooked just right, the chicken was extremely delicious and chow mein was actual chow mein and not Top Ramen noodles substitute. my friend who ordered the mushroom chicken and vegetables couldn't stop eating. I've been to numerous fast Chinese food places and none of them have been as good as this place with the quality of food and the amount given. the price was moderate in today's society of price gouging it was $27 and well worth it. if you enjoy Chinese food and really want to get a bang for your buck as well as and enjoyment of flavors in your mouth go to China Gourmet!

By far has been the best bang for your buck! Let me tell you the orange chicken melts in your mouth and the flavor was outstanding! The beefe broccoli oh man the meat so nice and soft but cooked so well this place is my new go to! The house made sauce oh my goodness it’s not spicy but it just makes your noddles taste fantastic

I had the managers special today which was not a bad deal , but i was disappointed on the food . The chow mein and fried rice where okay or what u would expect from your local Chinese spot . The orange chicken was to soggy for my liking and the sauce was also too sweet for me . Now the teriyaki chicken was the worse . It seems like they boil there chicken and when cut into pieces it turns into jelly and it seemed a bit undercooked as well .

This eatery is so darned good! As an Uber driver from Baldwin Park in the San Gabriel Valley, this is my 2nd time here. The 1st visit was around 3 months ago, and I had a bowl with noodles and their delicious barbecued pork which doesn't appear to glow in the dark like many other places I've been to. Hence, I ended up here again, had the same but with deliciously cooked fresh veggies. Their food is yummy, and I very highly recommend for both their food and customer service❣️

Started a new job around here and decided to hit up the local spots. Im sorry but the food just doesnt hit the spot. Its not worst but it just doesn't even meet the mark. Got a seafood noodle soup and it did not look anything like in the picture. The 1st time I tried a regular 2 entree plate, and the jalapeno chicken was salty. Orange chicken was not bad but tbh I dont see myself coming back. Sorry. Service was good.
