Incredibly crowded place. Food was delicious. The fries taste stale but that's just how they're made apparently. Overall enjoyable experience.

I went here at 10PM on a Saturday night. Parking was good driving in. Went in there were only 3 ppl in line. Ordered a flying Dutchman, extra patty no salt, Animal Fries Well and a Small Drink. Waited over 10 min. than normal time only to get normal animal fries in the end. I didnt want to wait another 10min. Just to have them correct it as my friends were waiting on me to get my order. Another lady that received her order before me also messed up her order and although the worker was polite she still made a face when she turned around which made it obvious to other customers that the worker was upset having to correct the order. Ive been to 6 In-N-Out locations and food wise this was one of the worst. They have issues with paying attention to the order presented to them. The drink station was a mess. Everything else was in stock. Staff was polite. The food wasn't well prepared. I felt like the staff in the kitchen was disjointed and on edge not sure why.

This is how a proper In-n-Out is run. Clean, exceptional and friendly service. Everything is stocked; nothing was empty. Just take a look at this picture-perfect burger. The competition (even the more expensive 'gourmet' burger joints) can't compete with the quality and value. Keep up the good work!

One of our best meals on vacation in the town I will tell you even when it was busy they got the orders right they got them out prompt and they did it with a smile and he was happy to bring us a little hats and stickers whatever we needed we left the restaurant clean but they were constantly cleaning so it was a good experience

Best service ever! The manager was so attentive and asking everyone if we needed anything else and he helped keep everything clean. Never seen anything like that…also Anthony was very helpful and the older gentleman at the register was amazing too!
