Had me sitting in a drive thru for 20min behind a line of 7 people just to tell me once I reached the window that they are closed, when they could’ve had said it through the headset 20min prior, or had someone walk out since they clearly saw me, and two other customers waiting that entire time. Which is why when I pulled up to the window she said it all nervous, cuz her and all the team members in the back laughing about it knew they were foul.
