If you want your buns and your burger smashed before you sink your teeth in come to this location. I asked for an ultimate cheeseburger. They gave me a bacon ultimate cheeseburger. I drive back to the location and I explained to to Vivian the manager there and she asked me she wants to make it better and I said OK refund my money and make me a new order. She insisted that that was not possible so she ended up just refunding my money back and was still looking to get some thing to eat this is what we paying almost 8 dollars for She might as well spit on it while she was at it, and Gladys basically wanted to fight me The nerve The funniest about this is that she could’ve made it better, but for some reason, she was willing to throw the first order away, but not remake my order correct

Rude workers who thought i didn’t speak spanish. She started talking about me and when i told her I could understand her she said i had an attitude! Yes when you are talking about a customer. Just unprofessional and no decorum. But what do you expect from a fast food worker.

We ordered take out through the drive thru. I ordered 4 meals with milkshakes. It was before midnight so I know the lines are long and the wait time will be long as well. That wasn't the issue. When I received my order it was wrong and food missing. I had a long drive home so I couldn't check the bag because of the long line of cars behind me. I am so upset. The chicken tenders were hard. I usually don't complain but I spent 30 minutes in drive thru, spent $55.94 just to come home with missing food.

Dining area was too dirty. I had to change my order to go. I also went there specifically for the spicy tenders but when I got home I realized I got regular chicken tenders.

Offerings are slim at 1am. I ordered a sourdough jack for the first time in a long time and it was a disappointment... Not anything how I remembered it tasting when I was a kid back in the 1990s. 🤣 There was more bread than meat, the bread wasn't even really that warm, the cheese was cold, and the meat tasted like it had fillers and was also lukewarm. The fries and tacos were enjoyed by my kids though. I probably will wait another 30 years before ordering this again.

Sorry to say this… this is the first time I am disappointed with my order, ordered 2 3 piece egg rolls one large coke no ice and one large coffee with 3 sugars and what I got was a cold old coffee and 3 creamers rather than sugar which I asked for. I am a regular customer of this location and this happened between 11 to 11:15 pm 12/28/24. 01/02/25 had the same experience again, same lady gave me 3 creamers instead of sugars, don’t know if this certain lady is stupid, have something personal grudge against me or plain not paying attention? I am always nice to the staff but I am done with this place. This happened again at past 11 pm which is the normal time I drive thru. When the white guy… not sure if he is in charge when I see him? But I get my orders right, this same latina woman just really screwed me over again. Did not even get an apology from this lady either 😤 just plain out rude by saying give me back the creamers when I said… this is the second time you gave me creamers when what I asked for was 3 sugars, not to mention not even a stir stick or mixer 😤 several days ago, just ordered one large coke from drive thru, it took so long, line was taking too long to be served, and when you get to the window… no thanks no sorry for the wait, just after handing your large coke after a long wait, lady just shut the window. This is a reminder you need to fire your manager at that store. IN-N-OUT prices are cheaper a extra large coke cost not even $3.00 and better speedier service with a smile
