Employees did not know how to ring up my transaction using my EBT card part on cash and part on food. This has been done before. Could have been the terminal. Got lukewarm fries again asked for fresh and they refurbished them in hot oil and sent them back to me. I can tell the old rollover.

The worst customer service! I went to order and they let me order and drive up to the window before telling me they were only taking cash. I told them I don’t have cash and they told me they couldn’t do anything. I asked them what to do because that wasn’t my fault and all they had to say it wasn’t their fault either, and that if I really wanted my food I could order it online.

I'm just guessing that the prices of meals have increased sharply since April 2024.... same as majority of the other Fast Food Chains except In N Out ($0.25) make them now the Best Deal in Fast Food

I ordered smash burger combo,the burger patty was small,didn't look like what they advertise...carls jr has a original cheeseburger combo for less money that looked better and bigger..I was disappointed.....
I had a bad case of stomach flu driving back from Laguna Beach and I had to stop because I had diarrhea. The manager was cool. I used the men's binary fluidity room got a Dr. Pepper and continued on my journey.
