Would give zero star if there is one. We came into Jimmy E’s around 5:00 pm today and seated ourselves, as the place wasn’t very crowded — maybe six tables occupied at most. The hostess dropped off menus shortly after we sat down, which we appreciated, but then things went downhill from there.
We waited about ten minutes without any acknowledgment from the waitstaff. A group came in after us, seated themselves just like we did, and within a few minutes a waiter was at their table taking their drink and food orders. Meanwhile, we were still sitting there — now about 15 minutes in — with no greeting, no water, no check-in of any kind.
It was happy hour, but we weren’t there for the discounts. We were actually ready to order full-price burgers because we’d heard great things about them. Unfortunately, we never even got the chance to find out if the food lived up to the hype. We got up to leave and passed by the hostess to tell her about the situation. She just shrugged her shoulders — no apology, no concern, and no effort to correct the situation.
Overall, really DISAPPOINTING service for what could have been a nice early dinner. Hopefully management takes note, because first impressions matter — and ours wasn’t great.

I stop here a lot for a quick bite on my way home (fish and chips are great) but I did not know about Wednesday karaoke night…dinner and a show. It was so much fun. Great centrally located spot to have a bite, the drinks are well done and the service was phenomenal. I felt well attended.

The servers were on point and pleasant. The burger I had was cooked perfect and delicious. The beer list was satisfactory. There was plenty of sports on to choose from, and basically, it was just a great meal and a very nice time.
