If I could give them a 0 stars horrible customer service form the cashier was so rude and unprofessional and not caring how to give good customer service and it’s customer, would recommend this place to eat, I would start off by giving that man a in service on how to talk to customer and have a better attitude. Not only that even got my order wrong and I try calling the store and NOBODY answer. He needs to go on angry management classes. To have an employee working with this type of attitude on this pandemic and talk like that to any costumers and To first responders.

Wait time was reasonable and food was alright. We ate in at lunch today and the sign caught my attention. Wonder how long this misspelled sign has been up and no one has took it down and replaced it. The manager should be embarrassed.

I recommend the Signal Hill Restaurant, but keep an eye on your time to get your order. Make sure they get it ready. Wow, worst time ever here. I ordered and kept waiting for my order..... Never called my number. I went up to the counter and asked, the manager looked at his screen and looked confused. I held out the receipt, he thought it was too close to him and got mad. THEY NEVER HAD MY ORDER IN THEIR SYSTEM. (or lost it) NOT the best experience here. Horrible service here today. I did stick my arm out straight and maybe it was too close to his face, but he looked confused and couldn't find my order on his display. There was NEVER any mention being sorry or "I can't seem to find your order".
