Kashiwa Japanese Cuisine offers an outstanding dining experience with excellent service, food, and ambiance. The Omakase selection is fantastic, with a variety of fresh fish options, each with distinct flavors. The knowledgeable staff provides awesome service, making guests feel like royalty. The fish quality was over the top orgasmic good. The baby octopus salad was absolutely fantastic, tender, and extremely tasty. The sushi was incredible, so good. The chef sure made excellent choices. Every time a plate comes out, the waiter would explain what guests get. They are very friendly and professional. Kashiwa offers traditional Japanese cuisine. While it may not be cheap, the quality of the sushi is top-notch, with the salmon bowl with salmon roe being a great value option during lunch.
