Some guy threw a soda on to the cashier, the cashier threw a box back, but it hit me instead. They started fighting and it took like 15 minutes to get me my Big Mac. They also didn’t give me any sauces, or a straw even though I asked twice.

I'm sitting in my car waiting to get my food for more than 15 minutes. Something is up in this location now ! All the spots are full with cars waiting for their food. This is ridiculous. This is not fast food, when I have to sit in my car having to wait. Slow service don't come here. The food runner has come out twice, and my food isn't here yet.
I don't ever eat McDonald's. Al the food is processed with high sodium, additives, preservatives, all the food is fake, its allllll packaged. Nothing organic at all... they never expire. Even all the drinks not healthy with all that high fructose corn syrup. No thanks

I used to frequent this place because of it convenient location however the service has been rapidly deteriorating. After numerous delayed orders, I decided to start trying to order ahead. Even whrn I ordered 5-7 minutes before arriving in the drive through line I was still asked to park my car and wait another 10 minutes on average. On my last visit there I ordered 5 minuted before arriving and waited in the drive-thru line almost 7 minutes just to get to the speaker. When I arrived at the speaker I was told my order was cancelled. The cashier and shift supervisor were unapologetic and unconcerned. I was so bothered I wrote an email to the owner for some kind of reassurance this was being worked on. This was almost a month ago. NO RESPONSE.
I will no longer be going to this restaurant or any of the other 3 McDonald's restaurants in my area that are owned by him. Terrible service.

It’s strange to review such a well-known fast food place, but this is specifically for the great service at this location.
Long story short, the app charged me twice for an order. It’s happened before and the other location previously took repeated explanations before they’d refund me the $5. But this location was super understanding, said it happens quite often, and got me refunded within 2 minutes. This is what service should be like for FAST food. Compliments to the entire staff for having this handled so quickly, particularly the manager :)
