I'm sitting in my car waiting to get my food for more than 15 minutes. Something is up in this location now ! All the spots are full with cars waiting for their food. This is ridiculous. This is not fast food, when I have to sit in my car having to wait. Slow service don't come here. The food runner has come out twice, and my food isn't here yet.

It’s strange to review such a well-known fast food place, but this is specifically for the great service at this location.
Long story short, the app charged me twice for an order. It’s happened before and the other location previously took repeated explanations before they’d refund me the $5. Went to the drive thru and picked up some food for some hungry travelers just landing at long Beach Airport. The order person told me about some specials and I ordered them and went on my way.
