They forgot my orange chicken
It happened because they didn’t have orange chicken at arrival so they made me wait and then they said my plates were ready and when I got home, it had no orange chicken

I’ve been coming since they opened because I work nearby and the past 3-4 months the fried rice doesn’t feel fried it feels boiled. It has such a slushy goopy texture it’s actually terrible and makes me wanna throw up. I’m sticking to steamed rice since it’s impossible to get wrong.

The line was short, but the wait was way too long. The server took made 2 online orders to one in person order. I was the third person in line and no one was behind me. The 2 people infront of me ordered a single combo as well as my self. The online orders were fir 2 to 3 trays. Totally unnecessary. The server I noticed (while waiting line), was very discriminatory about the serving size. She was very heavy handed with some orders and light with others (especially mine). Her customer service was subpar, as she rushed my order. The food was for my husband. He said it lacked flavor & the rice was too white to be fried rice (lacking vegtables). This was my second time here and this Panda Express can use some improvements with customer service, food quality and efficiency.

Online order, on a computer NOT AN APP, did not go thru. The clerk could care less. I was there for someone else, or I would have just walked out. As it is I will never go back to that Panda. I would have gone here once a week, as it is based on the attitude of the person who waited on me, could not read her name tag, I will never go back. The place was clean, the food good, but I cannot accept being treated like dirt.
