FYI this is the only 1 star Google review I’ve left. My mother contacted Rossmoor Bakery to request a custom cake decorated for my baby shower. Their response over the phone and email was rude and condescending. They said they cannot decorate any further if we’d like a cake drizzled with chocolate and coconut and to request a quote when we have an “actual design”. As a business owner myself and an expecting mother, I was extremely disappointed in their response. This is our first child and my mother who is a senior sent a very kind and detailed email with the request for our baby shower cake. Their response was unhelpful and unprofessional.

They did my wedding cake on June 14th and it was stunning!! And tasted amazing!!

This place was listed as a bakery on Google maps, and the rating was impressive, so why not? I was ready to eat some delicious cookies (pastries). But when I arrived at the location, the business said wedding cake studio and bakery. I became hesitant, but I did listen to the signs. When I walked in, I looked around and asked myself, "Where are the cookies?" Then someone said hello. My first question is, are these soft? The lady answered well they are a little soft– do you have a price sheet? So the basic cookies are $2.50 each 🧐 that did not sit well with me, again I was not listening to the signs. Yes, the cookies were nice and big, which made me decide to try them. So okay, I was skeptical again. Therefore, I purchased 2 chocolate chips, 1 oatmeal, and double chocolate. When I asked my husband if you wanted to try the cookies in the car while we were citing in front of the parking lot, we took our first bite. My husband turned toward me, and I turned toward him with a cornered eye look. YUK!!! These are not what cookies are supposed to taste like. They were not warm or soft. They had dark chocolate chips, .... and you guys get the point. Don't get your cookies from here. They taste disgusting.

Our wedding cake was literally picture-perfect and everything we could have dreamed of—it was unreal! It looked absolutely stunning, exactly as we had envisioned, with every detail perfectly crafted. Not only did it look amazing, but it also tasted incredible, leaving our guests raving about it all night. The cake was a true work of art, and we couldn’t have been happier with how it turned out. If you’re looking for a cake that’s both beautiful and delicious, this is the place to make your vision a reality!

I used to order specialty cakes here. Not anymore! The customer service was disappointing. The front staff was unprofessional and not very friendly.
Over-priced for what you get.

Extremely overpriced for the quality of the cake. A minuscule 4” cake goes for $35-39. The cake was decent as was the icing, but for that price I was expecting something spectacular (which this cake was definitely not). The person who took my payment was haughty and rude.

Excellent cakes and pastries!

Our special occasion we get some treats from this place, they have a wide selection of delicious cakes and pastries. My husband loves chocolate (for me is too sweet) but I prefer vanilla or Blueberry filling for my cakes.

Always a positive experience here. Everyone is always friendly and helpful and provide the best suggestions for making your cake a special item. We recently purchased a cake for my parent’s wedding anniversary. The staff member assisting us gave us some great suggestions and their cake ended up amazing. The little added attention made their anniversary so special. Everyone commented on how beautiful the cake was.

Love it! #1 BAKERY OF ALL TIME!!
