Last week i went to use a coupon, I asked them to do the coupon for the code and they said it automatically apply when you scan the app. This week I scanned the app thinking it would apply the same weekly coupon, which it didn’t and my dad had already payed.

I go about twice a week. Usually, go to the one on bellflower and imperial because it's open 24 hours.
Although I had high hopes for the service at this establishment, I was let down. I was expecting a more personalized experience, especially on my birthday, but the employee was not as friendly or attentive as I had anticipated. Additionally, I noticed a lack of consistency in the way customers were treated, as some received special cups with Happy birthday on it while others did not.
