Just wished they posted lobby closing hours as just when I was starting to get some paperwork done they informed me it would be closing in 5 minutes, lobby that is not the drive through.

Clean and cute Starbucks! The staff here were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The cashier who took my order had such a warm attitude and even waved goodbye to me when I finished—such a sweet gesture. I really appreciated that they had cup holders and bags readily available on the counter, so you don’t have to ask. I ordered a butter croissant and a grilled cheese, and the same cashier thoughtfully packed everything nicely in a bag for me. It might seem like a small thing, but it’s those little touches that make the experience better. Great service overall!

*WATERED DOWN TASTE FRAPPE *
My first and definitely last time here. I went to get a drink for my niece and ordered ahead of time. I been to many Starbucks and I know they tend to be sweet drinks. She said, “it tastes kind of different”. She ordered a caramel crunch frappe, and gave me a taste and definitely lacked taste, I the drink was so WATERED down I barely could coffee taste because it was so watered down. Went to a different location to get a new one. You can totally see the difference in the drinks.

The barista wrote DELISH, my niece said, definitely wasn’t delish!

Employees need to be trained to add classic syrup to matcha lattes with this new matcha recipe you have going on. Got a matcha latte last night and tasted so nasty! What a waste of money

Twice I was told honey citrus tea was out and this was both at past 11 pm, this branch knows I like honey citrus tea with extra lemonade and honey. I know they have cameras and know my car by this time because I am a regular drive thru customer, the question is? Are they really out or just because they know I hate jasmine tea and that is what they say the only one they have left? Heard them laughing at the store.
