I left wanting more. While my veggie bowl was tasty, I was uninspired.The ingredients were ok and the avocado was perfect but it ends there.I’m prolly going to fault the sauces. I kept adding sauce to improve the bowl but the sauces are in the tear open packs that create a mess and add more to the landfill.After adding two different sauces, I gave up on the bowl tasting better.I’ll try a different menu item next time.Vegetarian options: If you are serious about your vegan diet, ask the servers to use clean utensils to prepare your meal.

I do not recommend this location it's a franchise and franchises always give less food first and last time I will spend here and my job is across the street I will drive to a further one before I go here then 5 more dollars for extra meat when it's barely any on there as it is no thanks I'll continue to go on willow and Long Beach blvd never a disappointment

Our order was incomplete. Called the store directly to let them know. They basically told me since I ordered from Door Dash, they were not culpable, and I have to take my grievance with Door Dash. Ridiculous. Will not order from Waba Grill again.

Lock your front door and put up the chairs if you're closed. Your hours aren't listed on your storefront. Very unprofessional.

I eat from this location pretty often now and I think this maybe be the best waba grill in town. The customer service is always great. Its very tidy and clean, although small. One of the employees, Jessica has helped me a few times and she amazing every time. She prepared my food with care and is very generous with the portions.

Got home after a long day of cravings, only to find out my waba bowl with extra meat / no veggies had veggies and more veggie than meat actually and I got about 3 and a half pieces of chicken along with a small serving of meat and not to mention the chicken had grizzle's and chewy parts I had to spit out. Very unsatisfied highly don't recommend.

I recently placed an ordered for 10 and drove away with the bags of food only to find that when I arrived home all the meats were missing. I have to admit that I was upset when I realized part of my order was missing however when I called the location they immediately apologized for the mistake. When I arrived to pick up the missing food Jessica was again very apologetic and added dumplings on the house for the mistake!

Horrible service and food, came in and didn't even get asked if i wanted brown or white rice, didn't ask if i wanted veggies, didn't ask for my name for the order, and the food had green lint on the rice, had to ask for a refund

I've been to a great many WaBa grills in CA and this one is by far the best thanks to Serena who goes above and beyond in making the experience here wonderful. Thank you Serena and I hope WaBa Grill recognizes your talent and great efforts

went in during a friday night rush and the cashier serina still made time to show me how to read the menu . i got to give it to the workers , the cook and was fast and even helped pack my order. they ask if you want extra sauce or need anything and said thank you as i left . i found my new spot .
