We stopped in Snelling on a road trip and this was the only place open. Thank goodness they were because they have the best tacos I've ever had. The owner is very friendly and obviously takes pride in his work.

I’ve had plenty of taco trucks and it’s always hard for me to try a new one cause you never know if it will be good and let me tell you, the food was so good here!! And I love green salsa to put on my tacos and that was great.
