We arrived well before closing and the doors were locked even though there was food out and staff inside. The owner told us they were closed, then said to come back later/tomorrow, then finally let us in to wait.
When we tried to order six pizza bagels, the rules kept changing—first no, then yes if it was assorted, then suddenly only one and it had to be a “sandwich.” Even when we offered to pay for it as a sandwich (without spread), we still couldn’t get what we came for.
On top of that, the owner was rude and dismissive. If there are ordering limits, they should be communicated clearly and consistently. We wanted to support this place, but the service made that impossible.

I went to this place to get a couple bagels to go with cream cheese and the blue eyed lady wouldn't sell me bagels. She said I HAVE TO GET A SANDWICH or nothing. That is so weird and rude. Terrible customer service. I wanted a plain bagel and she said no, it has to be a sandwich. She was so rude. I would never recommend this place with the terrible customer service

Don’t recommend, not one employe knew what a dirty soda was that I was asking about, that was on there menu, waited about 25 minutes for our food, then another 20 for our drink and cinnamon roll, come to find out the girl didn’t even charge us for it so had to re pay and wait even longer, cinnamon roll was at least 4 days old, was very stale, breakfast bagels were disgusting and they were out of everything.

As someone who’s grown up eating at bagel bin I’ve never been this disappointed with them. Since new ownership has take over, the bagel selection has become increasingly disappointing with there only ever being three ish options available at time of visit. There’s ALWAYS something wrong with my order. Food missing or made incorrectly. There’s never anything done to fix it without me having to drive all of the way back to the store. It’s really hard to want to continue to support their business when there’s no improvement in service or food preparation.
