I have to say that in general I really like carls jr, especially the santa fe chicken sandwich. Unfortunately the quality of meals at our carls jr on mono way is so bad. I have tried several times in the last 3 or 4 months but everytime there is something so bad that i can no longer go to carls jr. Last time i went the santa fe chicken sandwich had no condiments on it and the bun was smashed so badly. I ordered criss cut fries and i literally had 2 criss cut pieces. One time i ordered a breakfast bisquit sandwich and the egg was so gross.. i have never seen scrambled eggs that looked green. So Unfortunately my family is not coming back to this carls jr restaurant on mono way.

Big improvement from a few years ago. Did not eat here for a couple years it was so bad! Not a lot of places to get a good burger in sonora but now this place is pretty decent.

The restaurant was very clean. I observed staff working hard and washing their hands before they got back to work in the kitchen. The food was great and Jamie was very nice. It’s a great Carls Jr to go to!
Dietary restrictions: You can get burgers wrapped in lettuce too if that’s what you are in to.
the other day, this man who work’s there was yelling at this lady who also works there. the way some of these people are treating the women or anyone in general like that, it’s beyond me. there’s more that happened but it’s hard to sit there an enjoy my food when i see this girl crying because of someone she works with.

Wanted to try the new teryaki burger but when I saw the price, I walked out. There was one other group in there around 6pm on a Friday, there was nobody in drive thru line, very telling. The fast food industry is going down the toilet. It's no longer cheaper than Applebee's for instance so, $16+tax for a fast food burger(meal) I might as well go to applebee's and get something 10x better for $4 more. Also you're one of the only fast food places in town with no kiosks. I prefer to order thru a kiosk because I can look at the menu and compare prices and deal offers and drink options and customize items without holding up the line or annoying an employee. Also when I'm looking at the menu I don't want an employee staring at me for 5 minutes while I'm trying to decide what I want. they basically attack anyone who walks in with an immediate "what can I get for you" then stand there staring until you decide. I'm happy they are prompt but a person needs a minute to decide, go clean off some tables or empty the overflowing trash bin and come back. but wash your hands before you take my order.

These kids are over payed idiots. I ordered a superstar with these and they got it wrong because they don't listen and don't ask questions. They sold me a plain patty, in a separate wrapper to correct it.. why the f word are we paying these dolts $20 an hour when none of them make an effort to justify the rate!? F word Carl's Jr
