Every time I go into this carls jr location I am always greeted with a smile and positive attitude. The dining area is always clean and the employees are always making sure we are enjoying our food. Our food is always hot and built like the picture.

Very rude and not helpful team members! Get paid $20 an hour to stand there and hand food out a window and can’t even get the right amount of sauce even after offering to pay for it seem absurd!

Went through drive thru kid didnt great me and just put me on hold. Waited 8 min nothing so I went inside. Same kid never greeted me still. He never even smiled or said welcome to any of the customers. Sat at register for 5 min still nothing. Angela came in for the win. Amazing customer service and got us all taken care of.

Your restroom was locked. I came in with the intention to order some food but I don't do business with places that lock restrooms. I won't even bother asking for an employee for a key I just go somewhere else. This time I went to your competitor McDonald's. Their burgers aren't as good. But I don't have to beg anybody to get into a restroom there. So they got the sale and you didn't. I would consider opening your restroom because a locked restroom signals that you really don't welcome people or maybe you think everybody it's just a potentially homeless person. It doesn't really matter. All that matters is that you're locked restroom tells me that you're not really interested in having my money.

It seems that when you clearly order certain food, and you are the only one in the drive through,you think you would get what you ordered. Not the case tonight. I ordered a fish sandwich and a Carl burger no cheese. When I got home 5milrs away,I discovered 2 hamburgers both with cheese which I am allergic to, no fish sandwich, and the burgers looked like they had been sitting around for quite a while. Buns soggy and a waste of 20 bucks,because I can't even eat them with the cheese on them.I am really missed because I was hungry,just got off work on my way home. I suggest you train your staff and teach them how to read an order and how to make sure it is right. I tried to call but no answer at all. What a joke. I will never return there or any Carl's Jr. I am fed up with morons. Thanks lot for taking my money for nothing. Good thing I didn't take a bite on my way home ,if I had I would be in the emergency room 🥵🤮🤢

I drove 30 minutes out of the way to have breakfast here and everything is closed. Business hours on the door reflect opening at 7:00 a.m. it's 7:31 and nobody's here. People just don't want to do their job.

Delicious breakfast with fair prices. Staff was helpful and very tidy. Wish online had options for double angus.

Vegetarian options: Zucchini star is bomb if you are vegetarian.
