I never ask for drinks to be remade, but I wanted a tea with lemonade so the barista suggested I try the Tahitian lemonade. I couldn’t handle the flavor, so I very apologetically asked for just a plain lemonade instead. The barista was not happy and gave me a plain lemonade. Dayos “lemonade” is not lemonade, it’s water with syrup and it tastes DISGUSTING. How can they advertise it as lemonade? I don’t know, but I do know I’m never returning as a customer

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE at Lockeford location.
WILL NOT GO BACK
There is one worker- Hispanic female with dark hair- who is absolutely rude and gave me attitude. Went there on a Sunday for a breakfast sandwich. Ordered bacon and egg... left and took one bite and found out it was sausage and egg. Turned around and told the lady there. She gave me attitude and back talked when confronted about the mistake... not to mention I had to pay for the bacon and egg sandwich (that I originally ordered).... Ended up throwing it away because I felt she did something to the sand which. Now anytime I go back she immediately gives me attitude. Will not return while she is still working there. She wouldn't give me her name...

So I showed up at 11:56 and waited in line. When my car got up there it was 12:02 the young girl behind the counter said sorry we close at noon. Every time I’m up in Sonora I get one in fact I love them but I will never go there again. Maybe the worst I’ve ever been treated by a business.
I got 4 drinks, 2 sugar free and 2 regular. We asked for 3 tall, and one extra large. We ended up paying for 3 extra larges and one small (of which we didn't ask for)She forgot one of the drinks, and then we handed her a rewards card which she brought back and rudely said "I still need your money"Then proceeded to hand is 4 straws, but they were all small except for 1. Super disappointed. Train your employees better.
