MOLDY FOOD!!!! I usually get coffee from dayo because I would rather support local businesses over starbucks and save a little money at the same time. We'll I drive down from twain harte today (15 minutes each way) just to be handed a green fuzzy muffin that the girl never even looked at. I get home just to have to turn around and return it. No offer of refund, fix the issue, just replace it with a non green one. So a hour of driving total now because I had to go replace it just because your cashier can't even look at the food they hand their customers. Stop hiring children and stuff like this won't happen, but as long as payroll is cheap right? Looks like I'm a starbucks customer again, starbucks has never gave me MOLDY FOOD!!!!

These ladies are awesome! The frappes are delicious, especially the sugar-free wild mocha! But, I love coming here because the barristas are always smiling, friendly and always remember our orders. Truly, one of my favorite parts of every morning! The barristas make our day, everyday.

Been going to Day-o for about 15 years and I HATE that I'm giving them only 1 star because they used to be amazing, but I've noticed over the past couple of years that their drink quality has dropped and their customer service is now non-existent. Went 1 time recently (I think it was on a holiday) and they were closing early. I was there 20 minutes before the posted time they closed. Was ignored the entire time while the girl inside cleaned for closing. I would have apologized and left if she had explained to me that she needed to clean and wouldn't be taking any more orders, but to sit there and ignore me completely was ridiculous. Was there again today with my parents (despite telling them I'd rather go to Starbucks) and the girl kept walking away without saying anything and was obviously irritated that I didn't know what I wanted. I don't care that this place is closer to me than Starbucks. I'm never going back. I'm tired of giving them chances only to regret it.

Wish I could give more stars. The girls there are awesome. Always so sweet and upbeat. I went the other day and they were out of what I had hoped to get. The girls gave me suggestions for both food and drinks and they were so delicious. They clearly care about their customers not just selling drinks.

Stopped here whole cruising around the hills on a drive. Husband and I shared an XL Frappe & amd it was delicious:) However, we did get in the wrong line and it took forever!

Haven't been to a Dayo here in the county since I was a little kid. Got something else today that was the caramel frappe. A medium sized one. I still recommend Dutch Bros. over Starbucks though ?.
