I've had their Pizza a couple of times, and it exceeded my expectations. (For the price I was expecting something more on the lines of Little Caesars) I have not tried delivery however, and that seems to be where most of the bad reviews are coming from.

Never again. Ordered a pizza for delivery, it was 15 minutes late. Ice cold, the box was smashed, not even the dog would eat it. Very disappointing.

Worst ever Domino's experience. Order Pizza for delivery, 50 minutes later still no Pizza. Called the store was told they had no drivers but one was coming in. I said I would pickup. Arrived at store no pizza, they said driver had picked up. I drove back to hotel, no pizza (1.5hours after order). Picked my son up then drove back to store demanded refund. Manager said it was refunded, so we ate at Applebee's. After eating returned back to hotel pizza in front of door (3 hours after order) credit card not refunded. Pizza was trashed, don't order delivery from this inept store..

Since dominos has shown up in Sonora, they continously refuse to answer their phones. Will close the store without closing the online website so it will take your money and hold it for a day. Either the dominos company itself is to blame for this experience or the staff in Sonora need some serious training.

I ordered from here twice before, both times the order was wrong. The second time I called and asked for a refund, and was left on hold for 30 minutes before I hung up. We just had a pizza party at my work. A Vegan pizza was ordered. Several of us ate the pizza believing it was vegan cheese... well I was questioning so I went on the website to place an order, and found that this Domino's doesn’t offer vegan cheese. Wow this restaurant is really really bad and I don't even have anything nice to say about the customer service. Photos attached to show the phone call that I was left on and what was supposed to be macaroni and cheese.
The guy that took an order for a friend of mine forgot an entire pizza, plates, pepper etc. When she called, the manager (female) was rude from the second she answered. She hung up on her after cursing her out.

I’ve never ate a Dominos pizza till I heard they have improved substantially with value and quality! I’ll never spend 40.00 on a pizza again from other vendors. Dominos is the very best after eating pizza for 65 years!!! All the pizza is unbelievable and if you dislike it, I’ll pay for it!!

I love dominos! Everytime IVE gone in here so far has been great! The employees are polite and always smiling and are very fun to talk with. I know they are just getting started but so far they are killing it! The app is awesome and the rewards and coupons are AMAZING! I’m so happy we got a dominos!
