we have been coming to El Arroyo since they opened, but the last few to-go orders have been less than acceptable. last night, we didn't get our tortillas for our fajitas (which is an ongoing issue), the tacquitos and flour chips (which we had to remind them to give us) tasted like the oil they were cooked in was old and burnt, and we ordered rice and whole beans but got two orders of rice. Great atmosphere and the food was delicious! It was a bonus that we were able to see 3 doggos while we ate!
