I HIGHLY suggest you get the biscuits and gravy or add the gravy on your breakfast. One of the best I’ve ever had. Owner was slammed so that’s why service wasn’t 5 stars but if I’m in town I will be returning. You won’t be disappointed. I got the ‘Logger breakfast’

All I can say is we will definitely make this a regular spot when we are in the area. Great food that is homestyle and delicious, even better service, the owner is so friendly and very welcoming. She had great suggestions for entertainment as well. Definitely recommend this spot.

One of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. I’m not sure if it’s still on the menu but “Joe’s Scramble” was a full plate of eggs and so many veggies and clumps of slightly spicy ground sausage.

Great restaurant, we always stop here for food on the way up into the mountains. Great service and hospitality, with good food. I dare you to finish one of their Burritos.

How do you screw up a biscuit and gravy? Go to Foothills Café and find out. I don’t know why lazy people cook food professionally and think theyprice it at average cafe rates. I paid almost $30 for a lame mimosa, two eggs, four pieces of average bacon and some weird chalky chopped up biscuit under a fog of the worst gravy I’ve ever had. The waitress was lovely and attentive, but the plates she was slinging were absolutely abysmal. As the place on the way out of town, for tourists it would be the perfect stop for really good Benedict and (better) mimosas. You can’t serve Cooks and ask for $10, sorry not sorry. Place is cluttered with signage trying to be cheeky but really not a cave of clutter I enjoyed at all.

I love this place, Violet (hostess/owner) and Jose (chef) are the nicest people. They have lived in Sonora all their lives. We call them("good people") they also cater. 5 stars is my rate.

Been coming here for ten years. We moved to Oklahoma a few years ago and we still have to stop here when we are in town visiting family. The owner is awesome and the food is great. Can’t ask for more. Btw get the 3 meat burrito if you like breakfast burritos. It’s amazing. Add chorizo to it if you like it :)
