I came in here with a group of my friends after preforming at a concert, wanting something to eat I was not expecting the punch of elegant flavor to my mouth that came from eating this food. It was so good I plan on coming back to sonora again just to eat at the great wall once more.-5 stars

If you dine in the food is really good and the service is usually pretty good, too. If you have to take it to go, expect the styrofoam packaging they use to leak any sauces all over within the bag and this results in the food being tasteless by the time you get it home. I've asked them repeatedly not to put my curry chicken in styrofoam, and when they put it in the same (plastic) container as their soups it's fine, but otherwise it's a dry, tasteless mess. The bowl in the photo is the entirety of the sauces from General Tso's Chicken and Curry Chicken poured from the plastic bag. Really disappointed. Again.

I can't say enough good things about Great Wall Restaurant! Recently, the staff has been going above and beyondāso accommodating and incredibly kind, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The sesame chicken? Hands down the best Iāve ever had! Perfectly crispy, with a deliciously flavorful sauce that leaves you craving more. If you're looking for amazing food and exceptional service, this is the place to go! Highly recommend!

Please never go here. Look ? at bill; poor quality printing. For 2 of us they charged 20% Tip. Asked manager to show me where that Tip Change was printed on Menu, I was ignored. SAD: All our family stopped giving Great Wall extra chances years agoā¦ We now too will never again eat here. When servers start yelling at customers, treating them as service providers, itās time to never return. FOOD earns less than 1 star ???

The main girl taking orders, wearing a flannel on 7-1-24 at 7:03pm if you check cameras. Was absolutely unbelievable. Very rude and extremely unkind. Iāve worked customer service and get paid based off of being kind and exceeding customers service expectations. To ask the smallest of favors of switching an appetizer only for her to grab the menu from me and roll it in her hand aggressively. Itās pathetic people can not communicate or just try a little harder. I will never come here again! For how costly this place is, itās not hard to put a little effort into your appearance and or try to accommodate.

Service was horrible, walked in and wasn't greeted, then others came in and were seated quickly and served soup and we were not. My table was never checked on at all and our food was warm at best and it looked recycled. The noodles looked to have soy sauce already on them. I also witnessed them recycling the soup from tables that had just finished eating. They literally poured it back in the pot. The place wasn't even busy and they never thanked us for our service.

The girl serving has absolutely no manners. She forgot parts of our meal and didnāt even care when I told her. She consistently would give me dirty looks every time she walked by. Had even proceeded to tell me how good she is at customer service only to forget to fill my water (as she would get all the other tables.) she ever order everyone elseās dinner that arrived after us. After being yelled at, while everyone was eating, itās embarrassing. Iāll never come to this place. Born and raised and have been coming here since a child. Customer service isnāt hard.
