Have breakfast here every time we visit Family and they never disappoint.
The last time which was October 13, 2025, I had a mean hankering for one of their specials they weren’t serving that day. Commented to our server that I had came hoping to get the one special that I couldn’t remember…bad memory at 71 years old…what it was named. She immediately knew which one I was talking about and offered it up…the Cowpie!
She said that the guys in the kitchen could whip one up for me and I broke out in tears.
That was the best damn breakfast I had eaten since the last Cowpie I had there. I ran all day fueled by that Cowpie! Thanked and tipped the chef personally in hopes that they’ll make the Cowpie an everyday menu item!

The cafe is nearby Sonora Arradin Inn hotel. I had Egg Benedict with Hashed Potato for lunch. The cafe staff was very friendly, so I enjoyed lunch.
We were in our way to pinecrest with a dog. It was a Wednesday morning. We called several places to see if they allowed pets. Almost all said no. The ones that did looked like weird breakfast, not traditional. We almost gave up then we found this place. Our server and host were so kind. When I say so kind, I mean the sweetest gals ever. I've had a better chicken fried steak before but it was still really good. Great prices, food was good, the best staff. Even if we don't have our dog I would go there. Hopefully we're around that area again.

Stayed at Aladdin's Inn that doesn't offer a hot breakfast. Omg thank goodness this plsce was next door. Johnny is super friendly when you walk in. They call out the locals by name and what they eat. The food was awesome. Huge portions for breakfast. Coffee was da bomb. I had 4 cups...they kept pouring and I kept drinking...it been 2 days and I still don't need sleep. Lol..just kidding. It is a must stop. I am sure dinner would be just as great.
