Unfortunately, I question myself every time I order food from here because EVERY TIME our order is messed up or something is missing, and yet I keep coming back hoping it's going to be good like it used to be. We ordered turkey wraps, burgers, and fries. Upon opening the wrap, there was an overwhelming smell of bagged salad. I looked at my wrap, and there was brown lettuce and brown avocado all throughout the wrap rendering it inedible. My husband took a bite out of his, and he also had large chunks of brown lettuce, which was totally unappetizing. My son ordered onion rings that were burnt. We paid a lot of money ($87) for over half of our order to be completely inedible, and our fries and sauces were missing. This used to be my favorite place to get quick hot dinners from, but the last 3-4 times we have been there, there have been issues with our food. The other issue we have is them getting the food out on time. We always leave our house 10 minutes later than the time that the order is supposed to be done because we know our food will come out late, however, when we get there, we still have to wait another 10-15 minutes before it's finished. The owners are great people, and it's unfortunate that some of their employees working the deli side aren't paying attention, or are straight up not giving a damn about the food they're putting out there. A few of the deli staff are unfriendly and get pissy when we show them that our order is wrong. It is truly unfortunate. The cashier (older gentleman) is always kind and a joy to chat with when we are there for other things. We won't go there for food anymore. I hope this review helps makes matters better. It's not intended to be hateful. We just really miss what this place used to be.

I Can't find a better burger anywhere. If you want a good burger, Go here. (Especially the Bacon cheeseburger, Its just the best.)
First time diffently come back again. Got the bacon burger boy was it huge and great.

A local sent us here, and wow — they weren’t lying. The burgers and fries hit like a reward from the food gods after days on the trail. Friendly staff, chill cook, and zero regrets (except not ordering two). Will 100% return when in the area!

So pleasantly surprised!
We’re camping in Pinecrest for a week with five kids.
We ran out of drinking water so decided to price check their water down the hill (much cheaper than up here)
We were also pleasantly surprised that they had a hot deli, as we’re tired of cooking 😂. The food was great. It was perfect hot deli, deep fried deliciousness.
They said it would take 15 minutes to cook so my husband came and sat in the car with me and the kids. The man even brought your food out to us (though I wouldn’t say this is typical as it’s not the busy season) but it was incredibly nice of him!
Tempted to go back just so we don’t have to make lunch tomorrow too ..

I use to enjoy your Hamburgers and fries Yesterday I ordered 3 Hamburgers and Fries. All 3 hamburgers were just bad ‼️ stale buns I asked the girl who took my order over the phone for all hamburgers with everything on it, I got a little bit of everything on all three hamburgers. The fries seem to taste like they had been sitting for a long while. I was very disappointed on your chef they used to toast the hamburger buns, not done. They used to put enough mayonnaise mustard, pickles, lettuce cheese on the hamburgers that wasn’t done all of it was very bad $33.20 was not worth it to me ‼️I understand it’s a Gas and Restaurant but Please Do Better.
