Been going here for over 10 years. Normally the food and service is good. Some younger dude helped me today and it was horrible. I called got put on hold and then he got busy and forgot after finally being able to get a hold of somebody again. I then place my order. Told me it was 10 minutes. Showed up 15 minutes later. Food still wasn't ready. People were placing orders. Stood there for 20 minutes. People that placed orders after I had arrived got their food. Don't know why I wasted my time calling but the young dude who was behind the counter does not pay attention and was very rude. Wish I didn't leave a tip and unfortunately I just won't ever return here again. If they simply would have apologized for the inconvenience or offered a soda for the extra long wait I would have let it go and been fine. But if your customer service is so bad that you can't, I'll just go to one of the other four taco trucks.

My family and I come here quite often, sometimes we'll sit under the canopy to eat and people watch yet we mostly do pick up. They're always fast and efficient, we've never had an issue with any of our orders. My favorite is the street tacos! The food is great, prices are fair, and portion sizes are pretty decent. We will definitely continue to patrinze Pablito's.

I ordered two Chicken Super Burritos, and got bean and rice burritos with about 5 very small pieces of chicken for $12.50 each. Price shown on their website menu was $9.95. They also forgot the salsa. Not a very clean truck on the outside. We will never go back.

The Carne Asada had so much chewy gristle the entire tortilla was soaked in grease. Ended up throwing it away.

Moved back to Sonora after living for 6 years in Santa Cruz. Based on that metric (so many great taquerias in SC), I've found this to be the best Mexican food in Sonora. The tacos are really good and the burritos are as well.

Delicious! We ordered 2 super grande tacos (al pastor and carnitas) and got a shredded beef burrito, and everything was incredible. The salsas were yummy, and the pickled jalapeños were a nice addition. Thank you!!
