I placed an online order with Panda after a long work day. There werent too many people in the restaurant when I arrived to pick up my order but they were diligently working on my order as well as a few others. The counter attendant checked on my order and informed me it would be a few more minutes before it was completed. I waited while they prepared our meal and assisted the long line if guests that had assembled since I had arrived. The staff was friendly and apologetic for the wait even though it was no big deal.

They screw up every time I’ve been there. Zero idea how to simply put food in a box and collect money. There are way too many people trying to do simple tasks, while your food sits at the end of the table getting cold as they bounce back/forth. No idea how this chain is still even open.

It's OK. The better Panda Express is out of town. Not sure why but other Panda's chow mein is juicer and more flavorful and orange chicken has more tangy / spicy taste. I don't think the Panda here uses enough sauce or something. I'm not sure why it tastes different than other Panda Expresses. The staff is always nice and inviting! The restaurant is clean and I don't mind eating inside.

*Editing my review to say a huge THANK YOU. I ordered online and for whatever reason the website defaulted to the last address I ordered from, which was Turlock. Very far away from this location. I'm sure it was user error, but the staff here were all super kind and understanding.* Very clean and the staff are all very nice. The food is delicious and fresh.
Doesn’t it look like a Double Teriyaki chicken? No.
Decided to eat there after a long time thought maybe they improve the service or something , but no , the only time I was satisfied with the service only when I get it from management in the black t-shirt , idk what the problem to know your own standards and put enough amount of food I paid for. Not gonna mention the name of the servant that all the time that she’s there I’m getting half-full plate but it’s not gonna be hard for management to understand who’s I’m taking about ( the one who’s overusing the blush) and usually work in the mornings.
