I’ve been going to this Papa Murphy’s for years. They use to be really great but lately they have been messing up my pizza that I get. I get the Gourmet Vegetarian Pizza and I always tell the people on the phone that I don’t want artichoke hearts on my pizza. 90% of the time when I pick up my pizza they mostly have to remake it because there are artichoke hearts on the pizza. So I have to wait around for whoever to remake the pizza, it’s annoying. It’s not hard to not put a certain topping on the pizza especially when I ask on the phone not to put it on there.

Wanted a decent pizza for cheap. Tried to use their website from my iPhone, and it crashed on the credit card. Walk in was still fast. Pizza came out great in my oven.

I could not believe the price of a large pizza was raised by $6.00! Price gouging. I will not buy there anymore.

It's so frustrating because I come in here with my headphones on because the music is too loud. I sat there and waited for my pizza, it's obvious that I have headphones on. There's me and one other person. They had literally taken my order, asked my name and watched me sit down.... apparently said my name but I didn't hear it. I made it a point to make good eye contact every now and again, and each of them made eye contact with me while my headphones were on.... Think you guys could have waved your hand or something to alert me? You think I'm just hanging out in your store for nothing? I tipped them 20% ....My advice, call ahead and don't tip.

Varies by who's working. Sometimes good customer service efficient and fast pizza making skills. Other times lousy service for pizza making skills and inefficients it's roll of the dice however they do have gluten-free crust and dairy free pizza. Don't forget their breadsticks salads and fresh cookie dough pick up the two litter here if you forget one at the store

My family has been ordering pizza here for over a year, usually twice a month. I order online, and always on Tuesdays for the $12.99 large pizza special (great deal!) It's so clean inside, the woman who works the front and back in the mornings always has a smile, and I've never had an incorrect order. We get the Gourmet Veggie pizza and it's delicious! Happy to have a consistently good Papa Murphys is Sonora.

Soon as my lady and I walked in we caught a very strange vibe. Saw one of the workers going in and out of the walk-in pizza cooler in her sandals with no uniform... they don't cook pizza here lmao I ain't never heard of no s*** like that. Turned around and walked out. Finna try this joint down the street.
