I used to eat here often but every since the new owner took over the place had gone down hill drastically. Food is sub par Sysco products that are always served burnt or undercook. The service is unbelievably bad to the point that I actually walked out once after 20 minutes of not being seated or even acknowledged which is pretty crazy when you have more staff then customers. Then as I was leaving the new owner finally decided to acknowledge me by yelling across the restaurant "Why are you leaving" in an attempt to put me on the spot. Whomever this new owner is he needs to do better and has lost my business. For anyone looking to destroy a long standing small business that you have recently purchased follow this new owners business model.

I went here today on the 16th of October for my birthday, after having a bad experience with terrible service at another restaurant. But papa's new roost was very welcoming, the people running it conducting a very warm and inviting atmosphere. Very polite, and incredibly sweet. They even provided a song and treat for my birthday, and it was absolutely delicious. Just like the rest of their carefully crafted and abundant menu.

This place was recommended, small but cozy, and the service was great. The waiter was very attentive and personable, making you feel welcomed. Arrived at noon, I had a club sandwich which was delicious, it came with fries. While the others chose breakfast meals.
Parking: It's a small diner, in a small shopping center. Shared parking lot, but parking was not an issue. I visited on a Sunday, so while there was plenty of parking on that day, I'm not sure what it's like Monday-Friday when businesses are open.

I dined in at Papas New Roost on October 30,2024. I had got the Avocado Toast with a side of hashbrowns. My toast was burnt and the avocado had some brown on it. The meal was unpleasant. When I informed the OWNER OF THE STORE his response was, “the toast isn’t burnt” and continued to talk badly on me as the customer to the back room. Remind you I didn’t touch the food. We proceeded to payout and The Owner payed us out and he threw the pen and paper on the desk for our signature which is unprofessional. As the owner I expect better customer service. The owner of the store is supposed to make you feel welcomed and satisfied and I felt uncomfortable. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever dealt with. The way the owner handled this situation was unprofessional definitely WOULDN’T recommend.

Papa's has become our go-to breakfast cafe. Large portions. Excellent quality. Competitive prices. All this with quick and friendly service. Owners Drew and Cicily are real "gems".

Just had lunch 8/30/24 . $45 for a lunch that was only 25% edible . Wife had open face prime rib sandwich that couldn't be cut with a steak knife and was BLAH. I had Ruben that was OK but the potato salad was not edible. Potatoes so under cooked that you could not stick a fork in them. The staff never asked how the food was. Being busy not an excuse , only 4 tables had customers.
Parking: Small number of spots shared with other businesses.
