Starbucks is always consistent and delicious! It’s our go-to coffee stop whether we’re on the run or just need that extra pick-me-up in the morning. The drinks are reliable, the service is quick, and it’s always a comfort knowing we can count on them for a great start to the day.
The staff is always cheerful, and one woman in particular, Erika, is always ready to help out if you have questions about how a drink is made or questions about any of the food. The Starbucks locations in the Bay Area need to have their staff take lessons from Erika :)
The woman who took my order was not friendly whatsoever. I ordered a vanilla bean custard danish and she got the order wrong and made a vanilla bean frappe which I understand was any easy mistake. Then I told her the mistake and she messed up again and gave me a cheese danish and I didn’t notice until I was already driving away from Starbucks.
