I love the products and atmosphere, but I almost always order a refresher with NO ICE ahead on the app, but when I get there and receive the drink, there’s ice. And Today, August 16th of 2025, the worker told me that I should order a smaller size and that if I ordered no ice that I ordered with no ice that I would get more product. This tells me that either the app isn’t conveying that I didn’t want ice in the first place, or some of the workers aren’t reading the app...
This is my go to spot when it comes to Starby's!! I absolutely love the employees! Friendly and smiling no matter if they're super busy or super slow. They're just all around great! Special shout out to Amanda!
Came here on a whim because I had to go pee but ended up getting a coffee while I was inside. Super friendly staff engaged in conversation and made me feel welcome... Drive thru was busy, so save time and order ahead!!!
