The service was above reproach at this beautiful restaurant in Sonora. We were a part of five and they accommodated us without hesitation. We felt welcome. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is the food although good was not excellent. It was original. For instance, the meatloaf instead of using ketchup as is the norm, used tomato paste giving it an unfamiliar flavor. The spaghetti was good, but no special. All in all, a pleasant experience.

We REALLY like this place. It's small and unpretentious, with a small, but quite well thought out menu. We've only visited three times, but Talulah's has not yet ceased to please. The highlight of today's dinner - the chicken basil soup. A subtle, aromatic chicken broth was thickened with potato, filled with a variety of perfectly cooked vegetables and topped with basil. It was absolutely the best! Snd, be sure to save room for the Italian Lemon cake - superb!!

A delightful place for dinner. The spaghetti bolognese and steak were to die for! Paired very nicely with the old vine zin we brought with us ($10 corkage fee). And great service! We'll be back.
