My hamburger bun was hard onion rings were cool to say the least they did remake the hamburger for me the old guy behind the counter who was cooking food kept touching his beard and mustache I wouldn't to go back again it was 😑. Why were the hairnet if the guys just going to touch their facial hair hair

After update (at bottom), I’d give 3 stars.
Just got a burger, tempura green beens, and paid an extra $2.20 for avocado (because I can’t eat cheese right now and avo is a good substitute). I got home and this is the amount of avocado on my burger that I paid an extra $2+ for. Also supposed to come with grilled onions and there were 2 tiny pieces of them. Not happy.
Update: I took it back. Apparently this is the amount of avocado you pay $2.20 for. 1 scoop. But they apologized and promptly remade the burger. Very polite and friendly staff.

Have been to this location several times. Every time they are out of something. Whether it be utensils, bags, food, or condiments. Also, it’s a 50-50 chance if their drive-thru is open or not. For the price, I expect a lot more, at least a napkin!!! Workers seem to be friendly, but overall, never had a pleasant experience.

This was my second time having habit burger. The burgers are always on point and it tastes just like it would fresh off The grill! Onion rings were my favorite. The only complaint I have is the French fries, they weren't very fresh this time and tasted very plain. I would definitely come back again though just for the onion rings and burgers. I've also had their shakes and you can't go wrong!

Family did a build your own box. I get my family is picky, and removed some items, but bbq bacon burger, without bacon? Its in the name. Not to mention no tomatoes, etc. Pic of burgers and reciept attached.

Food cooked to order, so great for dine-in, poor for drive up. (Think in-n-out)
Fourth time here, service good all times. Great menu with unique items like fried veggies. This time I had the Chicken Club and it was excellent!
If you need FAST food, go elsewhere. Decent food prepared well, this is the place.

Came in and ordered a meal to go on the self serve kiosk with a buddy and ended up waiting to get my food for a half of an hour waiting inside. Lady calling out numbers didn’t know mine and was blatantly telling me that was my order when it was not my order. Service needs to pay more attention and not make accusations to customers as the customer is always right. Service did make this up by giving coupons however needs improvements.

I do agree that there are long wait times and they are pretty pricey but as far as the actual restaurant and the food, I think this is probably the nicest fast food in Sonora. It's so clean and nice on the inside. The bathrooms are spacious and clean as well. I like that everything is touch-free and they have actual paper towels instead of the blowers. The atmosphere is great and there's tons of seating, and I love the jalapeño and seasonings bar. I would say this place is better for dine in when you have time as opposed to drive-thru or when you're in a rush.

I purchased a chicken salad last night and my chicken was raw. I called the store and was told to make the complaint online which I did. I have yet to hear back from any managers. I tried to call the store again and I keep being sent in circles with an automated robot.

The staff were friendly and very quick. The food was delicious and the dining area was very clean. The restroom was very clean as well. I will definitely be going back 😀.
