Stopped for just one regular cheeseburger, nothing else. It was $7.50 for what's an average drive-thru burger. I know the company sets the prices but this is insanely out of control.
I really hate when the drive thru ask you to pull forward while you wait for the food to get ready. If you are slow you are slow. You shouldn’t benefit for fast service when it’s not.

The Fresh AI was SUPER slow and restricted. Any responses off a perfect script it could not handle. Took over 5 minutes to order 4 meals, probably 15 to 20 seconds between entries. Asked for no onions on 1 sandwich and to add an item to another. Did not get either request though charged the up charge. Also got the wrong soda. In short, as a customer our experience was slower and still incorrect. The restrictive language model is also very disappointing. The AI will be a negative consideration we deciding where to stop. We generally travel with a pet so going inside is not a viable option.

My daughter and I stopped here for a quick breakfast before heading home to northern california, by the time we got into Oakdale I had to rush her into the emergency room and we were stuck for days while she recovered from the worst case of food poisoning. She coated the emergency department in vomit. We literally thought she was going to die! We will never eat here again and I highly recommend no once else chance it either.

As far stupid statements like cars spill out on to street doesn’t help a consumer. That can happen at any restaurant, besides have you heard about the virus? Drive through is extra busy dah.
One said they got rear ended and Wendy’s didn’t call the cops? You need to learn about responsibility, you had a civil matter incident, something you have to take care of yourself! Your old enough to drive now go read the handbook.
NOTICE STARS REDUCED they are not maintaining this restaurant. One of two soda machines has been out of service for over a year and now the ketchup dispensers have out of service ( empty) for months. They just give you those little packets even though you are dining in. They also assemble the burgers dry on one side.
Hopefully the owner will read this.

I've been here twice and both times my large fry was only filled halfway up. It was the equivalent of a medium fry. It's obnoxious to go through the drive thru just to have to go in and get them to give me what I ordered. The manager (dark haired woman in her late 40s-50s) was very rude about it too.

We stopped in for breakfast at Wendy’s, and it was a great experience. The location is conveniently right off the main road with plenty of parking. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, and the staff was very friendly. Our food came out hot, fresh, and tasty. The restaurant was clean throughout, with a modern style that included tables, booths, and even lounge areas. Overall, a very nice location and a great place to stop for breakfast.

We ate here tonight. Burger was a normal wendys burger, nuggets were fair but the problem we had was the hair in the fries. Long, dark and literally twisted and tangled around multiple fries. When we pulled it out of the box the fries were literally hanging from it. Not okay. So gross! I'm definitely questioning what I already ate.

Manger here is absolutely a disgrace to be working for any corporate food chains. She is extremely rude and won’t even honor a coupon correctly. Try’s to downsize everything to value sized which is false advertisement for the coupons. Wouldn’t suggest here for anyone coming out of town.
Food was decent other branches have done better, it was delivered to us in a timely manner how ever the young lady who took our order said a collective of 6 words and to begin the order she simply gave us a look
Some customer service training is definitely needed in this location
