Delicious Ramen was not something I was expected to find in the foothills! I recently moved up from the Central Valley and have been exploring the different restaurants in the area. I ordered the gyoza appetizer and my party had 3 different bowls of ramen. The black garlic oil was delicious. The pork belly was thick cut, so that may be divisive. The tonkotsu was delicious and creamier than I was expecting. Very velvety. The spicy sesame was a pleasant surprising balance of heat and savory. If you’re in the area and want a bowl of soup to warm you from the snow, try this place out.

Food just OK, nothing special, dirty floors, cobwebs in the windows and had to keep flies from sharing my food. Ice only on request in the water, no lemons or low-sodium soy sauce. Cleaning products sitting on one of the tables. Not a very inviting atmosphere.

One of the best restaurant options in the area! Poke bowls are some of the best I've had in CA. The fish is fresh and they offer lots of toppings. Service is always friendly. Love that they offer online ordering and a quick takeout counter for boba.
Nice, tasty, worked on holidays
The black garlic ramen was super flavourful, especially the broth and sweet shitake mushrooms.
Simple little joint....epic bowl of Ramen. Nice and attentive service. Wish I lived closer by to come more often.
Pleasantly surprised with so many vegetarian ramen options. The black garlic oil ramen was to die for!
Very delicious place

100% delicious and fresh. I got takeout and it was ready quickly, and everything was super efficient. Poke bowl was design your own- many choices for seafood, sauces, veggies, rice, and even the sprinkles on top. The Ramen looked delicious too.
Food was super fresh and delicious. We got a poke bowl and ramen bowl and enjoyed both! Service was fast and friendly. Slightly pricey for Sonora but a great experience all around.
this place has the most delicious poke bowl I have eaten.
The Tonkotsu ramen had a rich broth and the noodles were good. You are given a sheet to check mark how you want your order. My broth had a sweetness to it, may have been from the corn. I personally don't like my ramen to be sweet so next time I will try no corn. Otherwise friendly staff and good atmosphere.
I use to love this place when it was on the corner it was small it was awesome and the food was absolutely incredible... Unfortunately like many restaurants in the foothills it is average. Sadly a lot of the passion for food doesn't last in the foothills and this is no exception. Pork belly was cold & thick was almost inedible to some degree. The broth was fantastic. Not as spicy as it used to be which really is a bummer. The egg was not soaked in soy which takes away from the umami. The noodles were delicious. So the noodles and the broth are phenomenal which makes great ramen. It's the other ingredients that are lacking in my opinion. Can of soda cost $2.50 so at the end of the day three bowls of ramen and one order of gyoza one extra order of noodles two cans of soda. $76.00
