Delicious Ramen was not something I was expected to find in the foothills! I recently moved up from the Central Valley and have been exploring the different restaurants in the area. I ordered the gyoza appetizer and my party had 3 different bowls of ramen. The black garlic oil was delicious. The pork belly was thick cut, so that may be divisive. The tonkotsu was delicious and creamier than I was expecting. Very velvety. The spicy sesame was a pleasant surprising balance of heat...
Food just OK, nothing special, dirty floors, cobwebs in the windows and had to keep flies from sharing my food. Ice only on request in the water, no lemons or low-sodium soy sauce. Cleaning products sitting on one of the tables. Not a very inviting atmosphere.
One of the best restaurant options in the area! Poke bowls are some of the best I've had in CA. The fish is fresh and they offer lots of toppings. Service is always friendly. Love that they offer online ordering and a quick takeout counter for boba.
