Simply the best dogs in Santa Cruz. Not grilled, steamed Buns not toasted. Room temp but absolutely delicious The sour Krut Dog is my favorite $6. Go !

I've been to just about all the hot dog spots in town, and Best In Dogs lives up to its name! Best in town for sure. Great selection or gourmet dogs and styles and the place had a fun rock and roll vibe to it. Usually some great dad rock playing. If you're lucky, you'll be served by Lucy, she is the sweetest!

Had to follow Lee O's review to be sure I'm not confused with his input..I'm also a big fan of the quality of these dogs..But I'm a bigger fan of Veronica, who has created a real icon for Polish dog lovers like me. Always a pleasure to find her working and groovin to her mix tracks.. A total "hot dog mama" in my book.. Big Smile

We've been enjoying these dogs for years and it's time to write a review. Tried them all, delicious! My favorite is the German Shepard (kraut). Sometimes I ask for them cold and fix them for us at home. I've tried to cajole the servers into sharing the source of these great dogs but no luck. So guess I'll just keep coming back when I'm in the mood for a really great sausage/hot dog on a bun. :-}
